2025 Annual Election Night Meeting
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ELECTION:
There are two requirements for attending the meeting. Attendees must preregister at Annual Election Night Meeting | Eventnoire by June 03, 2025, by 5:30 PM and present a photo ID to be admitted into the building.
-Only Full Members who are in good standing for the 2024-2025 bar year will be permitted to vote. -Pursuant to the by-laws of the Cook County Bar Association, a sample ballot and relevant provisions of the By-Laws are attached to this notice.

Platt-Wheeler Legal Education Symposium
The Platt-Wheeler Legal Education Symposium pays homage to Ida Platt and Lloyd Garrison Wheeler, the first Black man and woman to be admitted to the Illinois Bar.
With this symposium, the Cook County Bar Association, the Black Women Lawyers’ Association of Greater Chicago, and the Black Men Lawyers’ Association will join together to provide CLE programming to advance legal professionalism, ethics, thought and practice for members.
